– Fermented ginger root extract (water, glucose syrup, ginger root, pear juice concentrate, yeast)
Sugar
– Flavourings
– Colour: caramel (E150d), phosphoric acid (E338), caffeine

Botanical Brewing Process:
– Involves herbs and plant roots
– Thomas Fentimans’ original recipe included milling ginger roots and simmering them in copper steam-jacketed pans
– Herbs, natural flavourings, sugar, brewers yeast, and spring water are added
Liquid is transferred into wooden vats for fermentation
– Mild carbonation is added for longer shelf life
